When will my order be shipped?
All products are subject to a careful quality control before shipping.
Therefore, your order is shipped after passing quality control.
Products that do not pass quality control (because they have defects) are not shipped (a refund of the amounts paid is processed as soon as possible).
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays
When will my order with STANDARD shipping be delivered?
Standard shipping is expected within 2/3 working days from dispatch. For the smaller islands, delivery is expected within 5/6 working days.

How much does STANDARD shipping (2/3 business days) cost?
The cost of standard shipping is €6.99 for Italy and San Marino. FREE for orders over €89.90 (eighty-nine, 90 euros).
For the Islands, delivery is expected in 5/6 working days.

Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes, you can pick up your order directly from our stores. Pick-up is only available during opening hours.
