If the item you purchased is not to your liking or if the size doesn't fit, you can request a FREE EXCHANGE WITH NO ADDITIONAL COSTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY for:
• Any other item of equal or greater value
• The same item but a different size
• The same item but a different color
N.B: This service can only be used once (for a single exchange). Further exchanges will be at the customer's expense, costing €7.99 + €1.50 for each additional product.
For shipments outside of Italy, this service is not available.
You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Customers who purchase with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return Information:
1) The goods must be intact, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, complete in all their parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories);
2) To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box (avoid applying labels or adhesive tape directly to the product's original packaging);
3) The shipment, until confirmed receipt in our warehouse, will be under the full responsibility of the customer;
4) Shipping costs for returning the goods are borne by the customer; it is possible to request collection from your address using our courier at a cost of €7.99 which will be deducted from the refund. An additional €1.99 will be added to the cost for each additional product.
5) The return must take place within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to return the purchased products.
If you use our courier:
1) Contact Customer Service to arrange collection and receive the return label;
2) Print the return label and place it on the package;
3) Seal the box tightly with wide adhesive tape to prevent opening or damage;
4) The courier collects the package from your address;
5) You will receive the refund after the goods arrive at our warehouses and we have verified their integrity.
N.B.: From the refund, €7.99 will be deducted for the home collection service + €1.99 for each additional item returned
For shipments outside Italy, this service is not available.
If you use your own courier:
1) Seal the box tightly with wide adhesive tape to prevent opening or damage;

3) You will receive the refund after the goods arrive at our warehouses and we have verified their integrity.
N.B.: We do not assume responsibility for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments. Cash on delivery or freight collect packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.
You can return an online purchase by taking it to the store at no cost to you. Our staff will check the integrity of the product and packaging and ensure that it is within the timeframe for a refund (14 days) or exchange (30 days).

If you returned an item for a refund:This will be processed within 7 working days from the moment we receive your return in our warehouses, after verifying the integrity of the goods, we willissue the refund for the amount paid at the time of purchase.
Additional services (Cash on Delivery and Express Shipping) chosen at the time of purchase will be deducted from the amount.
If you used our courier for "return with refund", €7.99 will be deducted for the service + €1.99 for each additional item returned.
If you cancelled your order before shipment:The refund will be processed within 5 working days.
